Mary Katherine Ham, a writer for the Townhall Magazine, worked an interesting little piece.  Actually, she just quoted someone we all have heard speaking for the past three years.  Barack Obama.  Here’s what he had to say in May of 2008:

“Strong countries and strong leaders meet with their adversaries.  That’s what Kennedy did with Kruschesev.  That’s what Reagan did with Gorbechev.  That’s what Nixon did with Mao.  I mean, think about it.  Iran, Cuba, Venezuela-these countries are tiny compared to the Soviet Union.  They don’t pose a serious threat to us the way the Soviet Union posed a serious threat to us.”

And again, just the day after he made the above statement, he said this:

“Iran is a grave threat,  It has an illicit nuclear program.  IT supports terrorism across the region and militias in Iraq.  It threatens Israel;s existence.  It denies the Holocaust.  The reason Iranis so much more powerful than it was a few years ago is because of the Bush-McCain policy of fighting in Iraq and refusing to pursue direct diplomacy with Iran.  They’re the ones who have not dealt with Iran wisely.”

"will cut of hands" of U.S. and Israel                          Sure, I know what I'm talkin' about - Not a direct quote

“will cut of hands” of U.S. and Israel

So, do we trust him to make snap decisions when it comes to our government policy concerning mad men like Mahmoud?  I don’t think so.
